I leapt before I looked and voted Linux/Unix when I have a tri-boot system.
I have Windows 98SE, Linux (2.4 kernel) and FreeBSD 4.4 up and running.
I am considering adding Win2k to the mix, but I really don't use Windows much anymore. Got tired of fixing or doing complete partition restores of it all the time. (Windows hates me.
)
Right now I am in the process of downloading the FreeBSD 4.5 ISO so I can upgrade and maybe rebuild my FreeBSD installation which I seem to have screwed up by tinkering.
Mostly I use Linux because it Just Works (TM), even though I can't play any games. I would like to eventually switch to FreeBSD, but I have a long way to go on that learning curve...
Anybody out there a FreeBSD geek?
And Mae, did you get my little story about the lion in your PM box?
