Who is your hero?

Romaine Brooks. Virginia Woolf.
Warhol, also. I think he's the most underrated idea man of the 20th century.

I have waited to post in this thread until I could gather all my thoughts as I have a few people in my mind who are heros to me.. first and foremost are the men and woman who sacrafice their lives to allow us to live our lives freely here. :rose: Thier families who give up seeing them daily and who survive on a daily basis, making decisions what should be made between 2 people who are married but cant.. so they are some of my heros..

Secondly- the men and woman who lost thier lives in the brave fight of 9/11 and those that continue the fight for a decent life every day by a career in law enforcement, firefighting, and lifesaving doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc...

My grandparents who met in Pearl Harbor. who gave everything and lived though the depression and all and helped raise me when I was smaller and then in 1998 my grandma passed away.. My Grandfather is still alive and he amazes me everyday.. I am the only one left everyday to see he has the rest of an amazing life..

My Sir.... he came into my life at a very tumultuous time in my life I had just recently been heartbroken and he never gave up he earned my trust, he allowd me to be me, he is my hero cause he works full time in a very high stress high powerd job he is a wonderful father to his children, that even though his job entails travel alot of the time they never go one night without getting tucked in by thier dad... he makes daily time for me and he still has time for himself... sir always tells me Timing is everything... well I guess my timing was great.. Recently, as you all know with everything ive been thru with the death of my mom, the failure of my marriage and the death of his family member he still has been strong, been there for me and never let me forget I am his... I am Thankful for that.. and that is the reason he is one of my heros.. ;) he amazes me at his strength...
