Biden IS deporting people. He is even turning people away at the border who try to cross multiple times. He's also attempted to implement closest country requirements as well as pre-registering for asylum.

The right wants a complete halt to asylum claims....they want all asylum candidates to not enter the system at all. That is not a valid nor legal approach. The Senate bill was a good compromise and should be enacted.

Didn’t say he wasn’t. Trump and his advisers have more ambitious goals. Obviously largo numbers of people are crossing between points of entry and are not deterred by fear of deportation. I think a Trump administration would make would make undocumented border crossers feel less welcome.

Asylum seekers are NOT required to be at ports of entry. Sorry that you dipshits don't like the law. I'll add - this asylum law was bipartisan ....it is NOT a Democrat only supported law that was created
