I got a lot of absolute hits, listing the story title and my name as author, but they are all pay sites and I cannot access my work. None of it is listed in the "free trial" sections.

What do you do about that?

Copy the link from the search engine and reference that when youuse the "contact us" link at the offending site or try "webmaster@<domain_name>"

Also reference that link when you PM Laurel and complain to the search engine that found it about plagiarists using your story illegally to boost hits.

I have a lot of stories that have been posted in my forums and
I am not going to dump my database cause of one or two people
sniveling. If you think you own a story and it is posted on my site
feel free to browse and see if it is there...
I am only going to remove stories requested by the author with
a URL guiding me to the exact story. I do not know what else to
do to be fair. Not all authors want there work removed rather they
indeed posted it or it was hijacked... Most all the copyrights have
been left in tact...
Please dont send me your raunchy emails I am trying to comply
with your request.
Again not all stories belong to you and not all people want their
stories removed and I dont know whos is whos or if they were
taken from this site or another site... Feel free to browse and

and bots. Or if you dont want your work allover the internet dont
post it there. Or at least post it on a site that requires a membership...
The admin of literotica is as much at fault as I am. I would be more
worried about bots crawling literotica takeing thousands of stories
at a time reformating them a little and publishing them in books
or whatever than I would be worried about another site hosting
them for hell sakes...

I truly appreciate you getting stories off your site that are not authorized to be there, but don't you dare try to turn this around to be our fault!

Laurel does all that she can do to prevent the pirating of stories from her site. Even if it was a pay site, it wouldn't stop outright theft!

Are you fucking kidding? Now you're doing something far worse that any supposedly anonymous poster on your website. There are laws you're violating. It's your responsibility to make sure you are authorised to use EVERY material on your website: stories, photos, graphics, fonts, EVERYTHING! The authors from whom you are STEALING can't be forced to go through your archives to identify their property.

I don't foresee a bright future for your website. Nor a very long one.

But, OUR stories appear on YOUR site without our permission. That is an infringement of the US and International Copyright Laws. It is as black and white as that.

I ment no harm to nobody and I got rid of all stories completly.
As I said a few posts ago "stories aint my buisness and niether
is spam... I woke up this morning and thought to myself, I had 2
complaints about the stories on my site and that is why I decided
to remove them per request... And yes it was like stiking my dick
in a hornets nest, I wasnot trying to be an ass but what I said
about some permissions set on litrotica as well as others is true.
I was not trying to decieve anyone or take credit for any of you
folks art. I am an honest man and my intent is to provide a clean
adult site without popups, and all that other shit im sure you all
have encountered surfing the net...

least I hope not. Hate me if you wish you got that right and take
legal action if you must...
I learned a big lesson in having a open forum board and have changed
the permissions so I can log what gets posted and by who instead
of Guest or Anonymous.. again My Bad but I am a human too
I am sure my site isnt the only one that had your stories on it
nor will it be the last... That is why I mentioned that the admin of
literotica set some permissions to help protect you and me..
I am not pointing the finger at anyone but me and my irresponsibilities
but merly stated some facts. I dont advertise or solicit anything
except submitting my links around to link sites.
