Look thier is no justification for what happened on my site. I am
not in trouble nor do I need to defend myself I have allready been
charged and accepted the responsibility... My trial is over and I
have learned a great deal from all this... I dont know the law
or all the legal jargen that goes along with it nor do I claim too.
I done what was right I got rid of all stories including the ones I
got from some of my sponsers and some legitiment members have
posted on my site cause I didnt know whats what and all that stuff.
As I said in an earlier post "stories aint my buisness". I have taken
steps to reduce the chance of it happening again... What I am getting at
is "Am I the only site that had lits stories on it? And am I the only
one that can learn from this incident?" Lit may protect you and to
what degree I dont know or do I judge...
All I know is on the surfers side of the fence I dont have any restrictions
at all! I can right click and copy, view the source code, and a surfer
or a story thief could give a rats ass about your copyright at the
bottom of the page... "Its wrong yes" but true
As far as me asking for help here! I dont think not one of you would
give me the time of day not to mention advice, so I have stayed
on this thread for that purpose too learn all I can...
Yes I have poked some holes in your "securety" here and have
made a few sugestions to help patch those holes so WTF.
I am not at all trying to cause any problems or make any enemys
that is NOT my nature...
