this goes back to original intent of the thread.

why don't people understand that "merge" when coming onto an expressway doesn't mean pull into traffic at 35 mph?

merge means to speed up to the flow of traffic and blend into it.

it does not mean pull into the god damn lane and cause pile-ups behind you!

of course I know no one reading this thread would ever do this. we're all far to intelligent.
