This is a bit confusing. Where does strawberry fit in? The strawberry seems very sexual by nature, but all ice cream still has a cream base. Even chocolate has cream in it.

It is 'vanilla ice cream' that began this comparison to sexual preference, I trust? Not the vanilla bean or the extract? The pale color is pertinent, yes?

I don't think there are other flavors associated with other "types" of sex. Strawberries are an aphrodisiac, which is why they're often part of a romantic seduction or used/eaten during sex. The only chocolate I associate with sex is chocolate syrup (since hubby is allergic to strawberries we can't use those ever), and the chocolate syrup gets poured on, and then licked off of your and/or your partner's body.

I also don't think that the color of vanilla ice cream or vanilla anything else has anything to do with it. It's an analogy. Vanilla ice cream, vanilla cake, vanilla pudding, vanilla anything is plain. It's just...vanilla. French vanilla, white vanilla, just regular vanilla...and that's pretty much it without adding anything. Even chocolate has more variations, and is more versatile a flavor, than vanilla.

Likewise, there's only so much you can do with sex when you don't experiment, when you don't delve into what all can actually be done with different...equipment...for lack of a better term. This is not to say that there's anything wrong at all with people who enjoy "vanilla" sex and don't *want* to experiment with anything else. And likewise here too, there's nothing wrong with people who want to stick to vanilla ice cream and don't want to experiment with other flavors. In both cases, they're finicky about what they prefer.
