It is very possible to be bi - and to be loyal to your partner. If memory serves being het does not prevent a partner for having an affair.

For example - a female might think, "I can compete with some other woman, but how the hell do I compete with someone with a cock!"

I have female friends that are bi and have run into this problem. I personally think it's such horseshit! As you said being straight or gay doesn't keep partners from cheating so why would being bi increase the likelihood of it happening? The people that are going to cheat will do so regardless of orientation and those that aren't going to won't.

Oh and as an addition to my first post I do have to say that while I've only been with straight guys (that I know of) it's always guys that aren't scared of other men. oh, i don't question that a bisexual person can be monogamous, and find it kind of silly that anyone would think otherwise. but, i'm not a fan of monogamy anyway so that's really a moot point. my issue with the bi thing is i don't get/comprehend how a person can be attracted to both men and women.
