oh, i don't question that a bisexual person can be monogamous, and find it kind of silly that anyone would think otherwise. but, i'm not a fan of monogamy anyway so that's really a moot point. my issue with the bi thing is i don't get/comprehend how a person can be attracted to both men and women.

from a personal standpoint, if a bisexual man were attracted to me, it would make me feel as if i were in some way like a dude. or worse, that i was like some genderless being whose definining genitalia was irrelevant. and frankly, i want my pussy to mean something to someone, lol. but aside from that, i'm only attracted to very masucline, aggressive, domly male types, something i can't envision in a bi-male.
Not the first time I hear this.

But I find it particularly interesting in this case because as you said, you're not big on monogamy. If you're poly, I'm assuming you get/understand how it is possible to be attracted to and/or in love with more than one person at a time, right? And that more often than not, someone's attraction/love to partner A is not a comment on partner B, or partner C, right? The attraction/love is something happening between you and partner A, and it says nothing about B or C, or about your relationship with B or C.

So, how is this much different when you add different pink bits to different partners?

Not to speak for OSG, but what I think she means is that while she isn't poly, she doesn't find monogamy in terms of sexual partners appealing either. There is a big difference between the two.

As for the pink bits, well, to steal a line from 50 First Dates "I like the sausage better than the taco." I can't fathom how one can say the pink bits really don't matter.

Interesting thread. I'm not bi but would like to try it but only with a woman ..or two present...to me that would be very sexy.

Yes. That's why I wrote "attracted to/in love with".

It's not that the pink bits don't matter.

What I was responding to was OSG's comment (which I don't think is uncommon) that she would feel that a man who would be attracted both to her and men would somehow mean something about her own femininity or womanhood.

I understand that one person loves sausage but can't stand fish. And another person eats only fish and wouldn't get close to sausages.

But if someone likes both, it doesn't mean that both taste the same to that person, or that this person is looking for a fish savor when eating sausages or vice versa. If you like both, it just means that you like fish because you like fish, and like sausages because you like sausages. Your taste for fish says nothing about your taste for sausages: the two are not related.

But if you can fathom poly, and the idea that - to use osg's terms - her pussy means something, but so do the other pussies your man boinks, then why is it such a stretch to imagine that your man likes pussy, but sometimes likes dick. He likes tacos, but sometimes he has a hankering for sausage.

Okay, let's forget the metaphors. Macho tough as hell Dom guy likes to fuck and get sucked off. There are plenty of good cocksuckers and happy holes to choose from. He doesn't want to limit himself to just chicks. But my main point is - he can be bi, and never once taste the sausage, suck a cock, or get fucked.

No, I'm not looking for one. :p This is more a question born of idle curiosity and incredible boredom.

I'm bi (obviously). I like bi boys. I don't rule out straight men altogether, but I'm getting to the point where I don't find them interesting at all. Now, I don't expect to be parked in the middle of a man's bedroom while he's sucking another man's cock, but if he wants to involve me in some way, all the better. It's not expected, but it's certainly appreciated if it happens. ;)

I couldn't tell you how many men are amazed when I say I LOVE bi men. They always tell me that most girls are disgusted by their bisexuality, to the point that they usually claim to be straight because of it. Now, before anybody says, "Vanilla people don't like alternative sexualities," most of these guys have been talking about KINKY girls.

Is it because I live in Alabama? (LOL.) Or is it really uncommon for a woman to really like bi men? I know the stereotype is that Dommes tend to like them, but I'm looking for real opinions here instead of stereotypes. ;)

Ok, halfway through this post, I decided I should make it a poll. So vote in my poll and then give me the why or why not if you feel like posting. Thanks!

Also, I know it often "depends on the man," but I'm not asking about personalities here. Do you ever find yourself attracted to bisexual men, or do you ever find yourself being turned off of an otherwise attractive man if you find out he likes other men? Also, if you're inclined toward monogamy, let's leave out the crap about "bisexuals can't be monogamous" please because this is a gross overgeneralization and not necessarily the truth.

i am one and most , in fact all, of the ladies i talk to about this love bi men. it's the men who have an issue.

Damn - now I'm all hungry for fish tacos :p

I've actually never had fish tacos. Kind of appropos since I've never gone down on a woman. Lol. I am giggling now.

I'm sure you'll be shocked to hear that I love all sorts of sausage - chicken apple sausage, italian pork sausage (sweet and spicy), turkey breakfast links...the list is really endless and quite varied.

I like sushi though. And tits.

This is so wrong.

I would invite you for dinner if you weren't so far.

Me, I think that I've been eating way too much sausages lately, and I need to bring more fish in my diet. Sushi, fried, baked, poached, whatever. Just give me some frickin' fish dammit!

I know this is totally a serious topic, but sometimes you make me just laugh and laugh...

And you know, though I've never had romantic-relationshipy feelings towards a woman, the one time I fooled around with a woman, I was heading southward without even thinking about it. We were interrupted for various reasons.

Lately I've just had the one sausage. But he's very filling.

Good night, I'll be here all week!

Check me in as another chick who is a big fan of bi men.

Only one quibble with the poll, in fact. There's no choice for "I friggin' LOVE bisexual men"

Seems like at least in this kinky population, bi men aren't meeting with the conventional rejection. Nice to see that.

For some of us who like all the variations of plumbing out there, it really becomes an issue of who the person is and if they're a hot person. If they're hot as a man if they're a man a woman if they're a woman and a postgender whatever if they think the binary sucks ass.

Given my choice of fish or sausage I prefer chicken, which can be anything.

I voted neutral, bi and sub.

I have no hangups about bi men but I am not attracted to effeminate men. I like guys that are quite big and mean looking. I wouldn't ever seek out a bi guy specifically but OTOH if Master had turned out to be bi or bi curious I wouldn't have been bothered.

One of my biggest fantasies is a MFM threesome. I know this won't happen because Master a) has no interest in sharing me and b) has no interest in getting naked and horny with another naked, horny man in the room. I can imagine that having a MFM with bi guys would be an amazing experience.

Kinda getting back to osg's post...

For me, the "pink bits" don't matter...not in the least. i am attracted to the person first and foremost, their personality, their attitude, their visible appearance. If all that checks out, it doesn't matter if it is a sausage or a taco, i want to "play." That doesn't mean they aren't special...in fact, it is just the opposite. i don't want to ever reduce someone to just a taco or a sausage. That does not comprise sexual attraction for me on ANY level.
