Working on a biographical/autobiographical story.

Stepdaughter and I share lots of stuff. I’m writing about her losing her virginity at 18 (according to her) and then how I slept with the same young man four years later when he was home on leave from the marine corps.

Do you think this will do well?

Yes, I do.
Perhaps you even watched it voyeuristically as your stepdaughter gives her BF a goodbye fuck before he leaves for bootcamp. The two maintain a long distance relationship as he moves around the country for deployments, training, etc.
When he comes back, he's not the same boy anymore. He's a soldier and he's just ripped. Like a bar of iron from head to toe.
When he's standing on your doorstep and you have to break the bad news that your stepdaughter is off with another guy, well it's just too much to resist.

I think a fictionalized/embellished version may do better than a strict retelling (the infamous "based on real events").

I'm curious...did this happen? I mean all the way to you having sex with him.

I ask because you say she's your stepdaughter. So I assume her father, your husband is still in the picture. (there are people here who enjoy cheating stories).

One thing that will be important, (in my opinion) is how you get from him standing at your doorstep - looking for your stepdaughter - then making the leap into your bed. Its a big shift, one that will take some work to make it plausible. Granted, there are some folks here to don't care about plausibility. They just want hot sex and a young military man with an older woman can provide some hot sex.
