What was it about this dam women. He had never worn his heart on his sleeve for anyone . Never mind a women he only knew for a few days. He wanted her so badly even the slightest change in her mood effected him. He realized she was in denial about being broken. He knew what he had seen . He also knew she did not have the capacity to get her ex out of her life.
She needed help. How to get it for her without pushing to hard was going to be tricky. keeping his own emotions in check might be the most difficult part. He already had a deep seated hatred for those that abuse women,and now her ex had leaped to top of his list.
The arrogant prick didn't know what a dangerous place that was.
Plan A would put her on the offense instead of just hiding. he had some ideas that would essentially have her spit in his eye without actually confronting him. It might do the trick if he could get her to play along. Plan B ....jack would go on the offensive. All this was racing through his mind as she hugged him.
