Woven Rings Of Destiny ( Continuation of The Family)

Ray

I smile as she lies down next to me asking if I wanted to lie with her. “Now why wouldn’t I want to lay with you?” I say in a mischief’s voice. I crawl up her body playing kisses here and their.

When I get to her mouth I latch my on to it my tong sliding in exploring it eagerly. I moan softly in to her mouth. I then lay down next to her pulling her tit agenst me laying her head on my shoulder. “I love you so much my beloved don’t leave me like that agene pleas you have no idea how much it hurt.” I say softly as my hands run threw her hair.

Bored off of my ass and having nothing remotely interesting to do, I decided to wanted to go play.
Standing up, I gave Vlad a sweet smile and said "I'll be back in a little bit." Not caring if he liked it or not, I walked on out and began exploring the new area and many potential food stuffs..

Aria

Falling asleep as I was, I awoke at sunset and roused Joseph.
"It's time to get going.." I got up and stretched a little, walking out the living room and upstairs. Knocking on Ray's door I spoke through the wood, "It's time to head to spain you two.." I left it at that and went back downstairs.
Picking up some bags, I headed outside and started to load the car up. Aprehension coursed through me, this was no easy journey ahead of us, but I did not mind the perrils. It was life, it was full of them for us. Hunters, or curses or even Humans. We were constantly in danger of being found and taken care of it.
So this little expedition was no different than normal life in my mind. Smiling at the gloom of my thoughts, I shook it off and loaded up some more of my bags.

I stood outside the train station, watching with narrowed eyes as the people came and went without even noticing me. How rude of them.
Walking slowly around the building, one guard asking me what I was doing. I didn't hesistate, walking right up to him and pushing him into a dark corner, I snapped his neck in two.
The thud of a body, no one heard but me, gave me a nice big grin.
They should really be careful of who they are questioning late at night. Well it wasn't late yet, but it was close to that classification.
I paused by a back door as the train conductor or driver or what he was called walked out of the emploee's only door and over to the train.
"Oh yes.." That was the train the other's were planning on taking to Spain tonight. Smirking, I followed silently behind the driver. He walked up the iron steps and inside the engineer's compartment. Going over a check list in his hand, I stepped up behind him.
"Pardon me?" I purred softly from behind him. He turned, jumping a little. I guess I startled him some what.
"C-Can I help you? You shouldn't be out here Miss." His accent was cute, he was probably mid or late forties.
"I am sorry sir. I got lost.. And I seen you in here and thought perhaps.. you might help me out?" My fngers traced over his clipboard in hand and he tried to act a little stern and serious, "You can't be here Miss, I will show you back to the main station house." I nodded and slid closer.
"I dont usually do this kind of thing, but there is smething about you that just makes me... I dont know? Frustrated perhaps?" My voice silky, I put some seductive purr in there, sliding closer to him.
A few minutes later, filled and nice and warm, I hopped down from the steps and walked off into the night, exploring further. They wouldn't be going anywhere tonight, perhaps tomorrow. Smirking I licked the blood off of my lower lip before walking into a busy street and sidewalk.

Maggie

The mischievious grin on his face and the tone in his voice, made me feel like he was about to do something just that, mischievious. "Don't you...." but that is as far as I got before his lips left a wicked trail of heat in their wake.
All the longing of the last two years was forced itno that kiss we shared. I wanted more and his body portrayed the same, but I knew that we only had a few hours until we left for Spain and by god, I knew if I didn't get at least that few hours to sleep, I would not be worth a dam. I savored that kiss and the feeling of his moan rumbling softly through me, and let them suffice me for now.
I looked up into his eyes and saw there, the truth of his words lingering in his eyes. "I give you my word, I will not leave again. For as hurt and lost you have felt, with my leaving. I felt as much lost and alone without you." I kissed him softly then nestled my head back onto his shouder, wrapping my arms around and glad that I could do so. A content sigh past my parted lips "I love you Ray..." with that I handed myself over to sleep.
Sleep came peaceful and sweet, no dreams, no nightmares. I woke feeling more refreshed than I had in a long time. Gently I kissed Ray and rolled over to climb out of bed. I looked at the clock and it was now late evening. I heard a knock at the door and heard Aria's voice, before I could respond her foosteps travelled back down the hallway. Quickly and quietly I slipped out of my sleepshirt and threw on a pair of blue jeans and a blue cotton halter top. Within a few minutes I had my shoes on, my boots and other clothes pack neatly back into the suitcase. I walked around to the side of the bed where Ray slept, leaned down and firmly pressed my lips to his "Ray hun. It's time to wake up. I am headed sownstairs to take my bags down." He had a smile on his face, like he hadn't been sleeping, but had actually been watching me and only faked sleep when I headed his way. "Your a turkey" I teased as I hefted my two suitcases and headed out the door.

Joseph

He smiled, and followed Aria. He stopped, and turned to Maggie. He smiled at her. "Ahh, Hello, Maggie. Shall I carry those for you? I think you've got enough on your hands with Ray. I've known him a long time. And he's just like me. He's going to want all of your time like I want Aria's..."

He sighed, and looked over at her before turning to Maggie, a pained expression in his eyes. He smiled, and pushed it away, looking at her in the cheerful expression he had for her. She was family, and he liked her.

Ray

I smile as I watch Maggie walk out the door caring her bags with her. I get up and pick up mine as well fallowing her down the stairs. I look at Joseph with my old smile on my lips. As I come up behind Maggie I lean down and nuzzle her neck from behind nipping at it before going arund her and out to the car.

After putting my stuff in it and I walk back up to the house to get my crate.

Maggie

"Thank you Joseph, that would very nice." I returned his smile and gave Ray a playful elbow in his ribs as he came by to nuzzle then flee out the door. I chuckled "Since someone is slacking in his gentlmanly ways."
I caught the expression on his face and as the question formed to be asked the look had been swept away and replaced. I set down my suitcases and laid a hand on his arm "It is good to see you home with her. That little sparkle has returned to her eyes, she is happy." I nodded toward Aria. "Thank you Joseph, for not only taking those heavy suitcases, but making my cousin so happy. As for our hands full, I think we both enjoy far more then we let on. Knowing that we have the effect, is quite nice." I joked with him. It was nice to talk to him, without some serious situation happening before hand.
I lowered my hand from his arm, excused myself for a moment and wandered into the kitchen. Retrieving a coke from the fridge I popped it open and sat down for a minute, needing to wake up just a bit more. I sipped from the coke, enjoying the cold tingle that trailed down to my stomach. Silently I wondered why there had been that pained expression in Joseph's eyes. Had something happened since his return? Aria ad seemed tense, but I had chalked that up to this quest for the book. I shrugged the thoughts away and found my way back to the living room.

I walked into the kitchen and sat down a moment looking everything over.
"Alright we take the train down to Dover, From there the Ferry across to Calais France. We travel a little ways by rental, then we can either drive or take another train." I glanced up at Maggie, "What do you think would be easier?"
I heard Ray come 'bouncing' up the stairs into the town home and caught a glimsp of him. "I see you managed to pull his head out of his ass heh?" I chuckled a little, it was good to see him happy again.
"I am planning on stopping for the night with Micheal and Enjouli." I hinted at to see her reaction.
"Where did Joseph go off to Mag's?" I glanced around not seeing him anywhere?

Maggie

I took another sip of my coke and smiled at Aria. "I think it would be best to take the train in the end. Less hassle, more time to relax and think over everything." I shrugged. It sounded like a good idea, we had no idea what would happen between here and there.
I grinned at her "Yeah I think I did and he did the same for me." I turned and caught a glimpse of Ray as well, he seemed brimming with happiness. "I can't wait to see Micheal, I'll bet he is huge. And if he is anything like what I have seen of joseph so far and what I have known of you over the long years, he is surely running a muck. Circles around pour Enjouli, I'll bet." I chuckled a bit and look back to her. Getting to see Micheal again was far more exciting for the moment then this quest we were all on.
"Joseph I think took my suitcases out to the car. He offered and I couldn't pass it up. Dam things are heavy."

Aria

"I've only been gone a few days, and it seems like forever." I chuckled, she was right. Micheal ran every one and every thing over.
"He's growing up almost ready for his second birthday. Speaking of which I need to find my baby something special on the way there.." I sat quietly for a moment, thinking.
"Joseph took your bags huh? Sounds like him, he always does those little things.." I smiled, tender little smile as I thought of him. Getting back to where we were shouldn't be such a problem, but it was in some ways.
Sighing I asked, "Is there anymore of those in there for me or did my favorite cousin drink that last one?" I gave her a mock stern glance as I got up and hunted the fridge.

Maggie

I blushed slightly "I am afraid your favorite cousin stole the last one. Care to share it with me, I can never finish the whole thing." I took in the look she gave me and smile sweetly, innocnetly. I reached across the counter holding out the coke "Peace offering?!"
I sighed "So are we ready to go, what time does the train leave again?" I was anxious to get going, something here just didn't feel right. I wasn't sure what it was.

Aria

Taking the offered coke I chuckled, "Peace offering it is.. though we aren't at war Cous." I took a drink and handed it back.
"We're ready to go.. " I needed to call Talia, and she didn't leave me a number. Sighing I knew I would have to try the other way. Mumbling a little that I hated to try this, I closed my eyes a moment and cleared my mind. relaxing as best I could I thought of her and pictured her face clearly.
"Talia, we are heading to the train station now. meet you there."
Hoping it got through, I grabbed the keys to the Town home and set them on the table with a thank you to the owner for it's use. Walking outside, I spotted Joseph loading up the last of the Suitcases. Both car's were loaded and ready.
Ray and maggie went in one, and I climbed in the passenger side and waited for Joseph.

Joseph

He smiled at Aria, and walked over to the car, checking one last time for everything. He popped some fruit in for his bats, made sure their cage was locked tight, and climbed in the drivers seat, pulling the car out into traffic.

"It's kind of nice to get the family together. And it's really nice to actually mean family, and not just a pack." He smiled. It was nice to have a family again. Especially after,....He blocked the thoughts from his mind, keeping the trip happy.

Aria

"Yes it is very nice to have our family back in one place." I smiled warmly at him, my hand reaching out and taking his.
"And I am so glad you returned to me, my Love." I gave his hand a squeeze and rested back against the seat, watching him move through traffic. He always did everything with smooth fluid movements, it was sinful that I myself couldn't move this easily in anything.
Smiling at the thoughts my mind was heading towards, I stopped them real fast in their tracks. Needed to keep my mind clear and behaved until we were finally able to relax.

Wandering this city was rather boring, So I took off into the outskirts. Sometime and some how I ended up standing by the rental Kirk had taken with him and Steele. Why was this still here? I was curious why it was not back at Vlad's place.
Walking around the car, I halted and looked down at the torn up body of Kirk on the ground. Barely alive and laying there.
"Kirk?" Asking for some responce he was still able to hear me. He coughed and moaned, a sure sign if I ever saw one.
"Where is Steele, Kirk!?" My anger growing.
"He got the jump on me and got away.." His words barely heard through his broken bleeding lips.
"You let him escape?!" I growled in anger.
"I had. no choice.." He slid backwards, knowing I was angry.
Walking forward, A single hand came down, grabbing his head I twisted until his neck snapped in half.
Still pissed off, I picked up a gun off of the ground and aimed.
He was still alive, barely.
"This...is for fucking up and making me very unhappy!" I pulled the trigger and watched brain matter splatter and his corpse turn to ash.
Stepping inside the rental, I turned the engine over and backed up to the main road. Flipping the car and scattering gravel in an arc, I sped back towards town.

Maggie

I climbed in the car and curled into Ray's side as he guided the car out onto the road and followed Aria and Joseph to the train station.
The both of us were quiet, who knew why? Maybe we were both afraid that this was a dream and that one shatter of the silence and the other would disappear. Ray focused on driving and the traffic, I focused on the beautiful scenery of London as it slipped by.
I was excited to stop off and see Micheal, but said nothing to Ray. I didn't know how he handled that whole situation. I hoped with me here, it wouldn't effect him much, I couldn't know for sure. So I thought about other things, such as this trip and what we would do after it was complete, what all we would encounter. I sighed softly and curled up tighter against Ray. For the duration of the drive I was quiet and let my mind go blank, enjoying the peacfulness that came with that state.

Joseph

He nodded, and continued to drive towards the train station. He watched the road, and they arrived ten minutes early. Police cars were around the train station, and a few of the officers were speaking to the workers and a few people there.

"I get the feeling our trip has been delayed..."

Aria

I glanced around at all the flashing lights, the police men standing around, a few people crying and some just standing there in utter shock.
"I wonder what in the world is going on around here!?" I sat and watched as we slowly drove up towards the platform for unloading. A police officer knocked on our window. Rolling it down I glanced up at him, "Yes officer?"
"Sorry ma'am train will be delayed for a bit."
"Oh ok, any reason why?"
"Conductor was murdered tonight, Did you just arrive?"
"Yes officer, and the car behind us as well."
"Well might as well either drive to the coast or find a hotel for the night. It isn't leaving any time soon until evidence is gathered."
Nodding I rolled up my window and gave Joseph a glance, "Want to bet it was purposely done to delay us? Now what?"

Joseph

He smiled, and nodded at the officer before starting the car off again, pulling around. "We drive. The train's been delayed, but if we drive, it will only cost us so long. We can trade when we need to sleep, and lose a minimal amount of time. Unless you'd rather wait a few days for the trains to get back up. Driving will be faster, especially if it was done to stop us."

Aria

"We best drive, I dont know why but I feel as if it was done to stop us.. Something Vladamir would do or his little bitch." I knew I was being paranoid and harsh, but I didn't over look anything anymore to coincidence.
"Tell Ray and Talia behind him as we swing around and pass them. We'll drive to the coast and take the Ferry, it shouldnt take too long?" I fell silent, my eyes scanning the crowd wondering if they were out there doing this shit to slow us down or if it was just coincidence?
I placed my hand on his and held it in my own, just a little reassurance.

Joseph

He nodded, and as he pulled around, he motioned to the others to turn around, and that they were going to continue on in the cars. He sighed, and let her take his hand,. giving her hand a small squeeze. "Well, we have more enemies to think about than them, now."

Aria

"More enemies?! How is that possible? I haven't met any new people other than Talia. And I sure haven't mentioned what I was doing." I made a mental check to make sure I had my weapons on me, and that the rings were in my pocket.
"Never mind, I am sure there is someone out there who can 'see' or whatever and know what I'm up to, well what we all are up to. Any ideas what to do about protecting ourselves?"
The highway was two land, dark and windy, and vacant this time of night. Lifting the lever I put the seat back enough to recline comfortably in the seat. Nothing to do now but drive and keep going until we made it to Calais.

Joseph

He chuckled, and shook his head as he looked ahead. "I'm sure that's true. Besides, let's not forget, you've been searching for a while now. One person is all it takes. One person learns what you're up to, and the entire vampire world would know. And many of them wouldn't like it. But don't worry. You've got me to protect you, and Ray is along too. Even Vlad himself would have trouble stopping us."

Aria

"Now why would they want to stop us? They don't even know anymore than I do if it will work or wont work. And I was told only those brave enough to face it and truely want it may have it. Cryptic but kind of clear. They want to change they have to be at this alter or something. I dont know... I am glad you are here, with you protecting me I feel very much better and safer than I ever would with anyone else." I leaned up and over, kissing him softly.
"Ray is also another that is trained and good with his hands, but I doubt he would protect me from harm.. As you noticed Ray does not like me very well since.. well you know." I fell silent and said no more. There wasn't much to talk about there, a fact I just accepted.
"We are stopping long enough in France to see Micheal, I bet he will be very curious to see you." I smiled, at a year and a half old, I wondered if he would recall his father or not? I was betting he would, just because the little guy was very smart.
