Just happy I got s'more playmates for you once more on the Russian front again. Thanks for being patient with me on that!

I updated the roster to cleanse the Inactive(s), and also to refresh the character location breakdown section as well!

Oh. To let the cat out of the bag -- sorryyyy -- Miss "AnyOtherName"(whom prefers "AoN/Aon" or something like that but I can't help myself in typing things out....hehe*smile*) will be resurrecting "SortOfBeautiful's Kitty Pryde character. I wasn't delirious in making a reply to a post a year later, I promise! So that's exciting news too.

I don't know how you fantastic writers, juggle...those amazing stories, as you do. I'm in just *TWO* roleplays/stories, and they both kick-my-butttt! Hehe.

But I feel kinda accomplished right about now. *phew*

Alrighty, posted in both locations...sorry for any delay. My work schedule usually leaves me time for reading, but I typically only have writing opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays (or the occasional Sunday morning).

Oh, and I reread older posts and was thrown a tiny bit---earlier Alison's car was described as yellow, was it white to begin with or was the yellow a slip-up that no one caught?

Anyway, I changed the color in the bit I quoted, and can go edit it if necessary.

Awesome, thanks "Remec" -- I'm sure they're going to be kick-butt posts(I'll be able to probably properly read 'em tomorrow since I'm out earlier)!

About the color of her car. It was *SUPPOSED* to be 'faded white'. I see I must have messed that up in the last post. If I did that somewhere else, I want to completely apologize! I'm all about consistency and continuity, and neither bodes well for a chameleon automobile. Unless of course she got it *RIGGED* to do exactly that!

Bad joke.

I'll have to go through and fix any color errors on my end though. Thanks for bringing that to my attention!(unless of course it wasn't on my end, at which case we can collectively move to what it should be -- 'faded white')

Great to hear from you though. And just appreciative you were(and are able) to find the time. For sure! Sometimes I need me some "Remec" writing, to keep pace and get through the day/week/month! So my thanks for getting me by on that 'dose' as well! Hehe

I'm actually more...well, I wouldn't say I'm "anxious" but I'm -- I get concerned when I don't hear from someone in a little while.....at the moment, the irl pregnant person behind Jean hasn't checked in...in a bit. Last I heard she was experiencing around-the-clock morning sickness(as she described here in this thread)......though she's been at least logging in fairly regularly so I'm going to take that as an encouraging sign. I just haven't received correspondence from my message the other day yet....

Therein lies my...concern.*shruggg*

Yes, fleshing everything out -- the "how we get to there" part -- may not all be apparent yet for you(or anyone)....but that can also be part of the fun(the journey)..and make it a much more, organic experience.....right?

Hahaha. When I made the entrance for Mystique-Rogue+Crew from their "[unknown location]" to [LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York], and then transferred them to The World Trade Center.....I never switched it over.

And have been using the same 'copy/paste' location since!

Name: Domino ("Dom" for short) / Neena
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Occupation: Mercenary, Bodyguard, Adventurer
Citizenship: U.S.A

Abilities: Domino possesses the ability to subliminally and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in her favor, by making improbable (but not impossible) things to occur within her line of sight. Essentially, providing her 'good luck' and her enemies 'bad luck' i.e. an enemy’s equipment failing during confrontation, or shooting a stray bullet and still hitting a target.

Domino’s powers constantly work at the subconscious level, but are only fully triggered when she is in a stressful situation (fighting or escaping). Her cerebral cortex emits a current of bio-electric pulses down her spine to instinctively guide her movements — augmenting her natural reflexes and agility to near-superhuman levels.

In order for her luck to take effect, however, Domino herself must engage in an action whose chance she can affect. Her powers do not guarantee success, they only increase the chances of it.

Along with her abilities, Domino is trained in various armed and unarmed combat techniques, as well as covert ops. She is a superb markswoman, athlete, and adept in the use of explosives. Her job as a mercenary has helped prompt her to become fluent in multiple languages.

Physical Appearance: Domino stands at 5’8” with a lean, athletic build. She has short black hair, that frames her face, and bright blue eyes. Chalk white skin and the tattoo of a black patch, around her left eye, are remnants from rigorous lab tests performed on her as an infant. Black lipstick and liner are a part of her everyday routine. She is typically seen wearing black leather attire, and is almost always armed with various firearms and knives.

Personality: At the root of everything, Domino is a an adrenaline junkie. There is no bigger rush for her than taking a risk, and coming out the other end, unscathed. She is known to launch herself into daring maneuvers, and take irrational risks on missions. Her high success rate, is a reflection of the constant luck on her side - which has instilled an unwavering sense of confidence in her abilities.

Domino normally acts as the wise-cracking straight shooter and scout, but when things get real, she is no-nonsense and headstrong. Over time, she has learned to trust her instincts, and has no problem shooting first, and asking questions later. Though her job sometimes puts her in association with unsavory people, she has no qualms about disobeying orders, or failing to carry out a mission, if things don’t seem right or cross her moral boundaries.

She keeps most people at arm’s length with a closed, hard to approach attitude, but is fiercely loyal and open to the few she considers close.

History: Domino is the result of a top-secret government project, made specifically to create the perfect weapon and genetically engineer fighting soldiers. Out of the test subjects, she was the only survivor, but her powers of "luck” was deemed a failure in the case of meeting the project’s goals. Neena was eventually stolen from the facility, and delivered to a priest in Chicago, where she remained in his care until she was 13.

Upon the early manifestation of her abilities, she ran away from the church and struck out on her own. Eventually, finding her way towards freelance mercenary work, and working for various government agencies. Agencies paid big money for high risk jobs, and Neena was more than willing to get the job done, if it meant being able to eat and have a place to stay.

With a string of successful missions under her belt, money isn’t as much of an issue as it was when she was living on the streets. She lives a spare and nomadic lifestyle, constantly on the move, looking for the next job and adventure.
