...Rogue is my all-time ultimate X-Men crush, but Domino will always have a special place in my heart and she doesn't get a lot of airtime. Four for you, TheOne.

Let me just say, it's no secret or coincidence that I gotcha all here now! I'm actually not even sure what *THAT* was supposed to mean -- hehe -- other than, I admire all of your talents.....as I did in that other thread....and it's beyond *SURREAL* to have you all here, now....with me in this roleplay!

...anyhow. So I was doing housework....duties today. Tomorrow I'm off, so I'll be looking to write....something. Probably Russia stuff.

Oh, and after the last person I'm talking to -- whether that pans out or not -- I will probably close the doors to recruitment. As we've definitely blossomed to a nice, healthy number now. :)

"KattDclaw" -- you give the Deadpool writer Daniel Way a run for HIS money and *HE* is the real deal! Man, you know how much I loved your INITIAL post -- this one freakin' ECCLIPSED that.....by......EONS!

I'm going to take credit though. I didn't even know YOU were coming (back) on board, and I had 'sidetracked' her to that arcade! It was almost too much goodness -- *ARCADE* + Deadpool + "KattDclaw" == EUPHORIA!

Loved EVERY single thing about that post!(freakin' show off) Hehehe ;)

So, I'm not really sure if I'm going to be welcomed here, but I would like to issue an apology or a mea culpa of sorts.

I played Betsy for a while. Admittedly, I let this thread get away from me for reasons. Loss of interest, not enough patience, not enough time, personal reasons, ect. Those are really beside the point though.

I would first like to start out by apologizing to those that I might have hurt by not responding to the thread in a timely manner. I'm very sorry if it ruined things for some players or if it held up the story line in any way. I know that as a writer that reflects poorly on me. I would like to say that I had a really good reason, but sadly, I don't. It just is, what it is. It's a bad reflection on me as a person and a writer and there's a lot I wish I could do to take that back.

That being said, I would like to come back as Betsy if the GM would allow it and if the other players would be alright with it. I completely understand if this isn't okay. I completely understand if you guys tell me to take a hike and fuck off. I would like to come back and give it another try if you would have me.

So, I'm just going to leave this here for the time being and give everyone some time and space to process it. Thanks.

To free up "AnyOtherName's" Laura/X-23, I GM-control-posted on Jean Grey's behalf. While also explaining such to Miss "SinisterSpiders", should she return anytime soon and feel well enough to post herself. *fingers crossed*

Wanted to be clear about that.

Also....I intended to write some more today. But...did not get to. :( I'll see what kinda hours I can scrounge together this coming week -- if any -- and hope beyond hope, something else can be formulated...

In this reality, Charles' X-Men haven't met Emma's Hellions(former or current), thus that would be why Jean is an 'unfamiliar' voice...for Kurt and Sam(plus anyone else that hears her, whom isn't Laura). Just a for your-all information...:)

Not off until NEXT Thursday + Friday again. But I'll see if I can't squeeze out another post(or so) before then. Next up for me would be something for Kitty, and then Rogue!
 
I'm sad to say that I've caught a rather nasty strain of the flu. As such I'm not pushing myself to do much of anything, which includes attempting to focus enough to write.

Hoping to get better and back into the swing of things soon.

But seriously Miss "AnyOtherName"! Please. Get better. Feel better. Be better. There is nothing more important than your health(most especially during this time for you). So don't you dare be concerned with anything besides rest, recooperation, and happy-healthy YOU's!

Hi all! Sorry I've been AWOL lately. It's been busy here- back to work after leave and my little girl started school- nawww. Anyway, I'll try and catch up and get things sorted so I can post soon. Also, I think there are some new additions to the thread? Welcome and hello :)

Glad to hear that you've returned to normal routine -- although for a second I thought 'we' fast forwarded time and you gave birth and HAD a girl, whom is now entering school(the wording threw me off and I had almost forgot this will be your second! Hehe)...I'll be sure not to 'rush' that blessed experience for you and your family *smile* -- and that you're feeling much better from before as well! :)
