which i eagerly receive and return to you, lovely and delicious ember.

do i get to plant my kisses anywhere i want on you?

you do know how to make me blush hon

mmmmm
of course dear;)

and for your thread...
ok..let me say first, I only had one Morrissey cd..and I only know a handful of songs from his other works (and that is only because of my soul mate who had some of the music and I heard a lot of it because of him) but I do know some..and what I do know, I like quite a bit (that's gotta count for something...right? *hopeful look in her eyes*) :)

one of my favs:

"I am the son
And the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular

You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way ?
I am Human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

I am the son
And the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Oh, of nothing in particular

You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way ?
I am Human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does

There's a club, if you'd like to go
You could meet somebody who really loves you
So you go, and you stand on your own
And you leave on your own
And you go home, and you cry
And you want to die

When you say it's gonna happen "now"
Well, when exactly do you mean ?
See I've already waited too long
And all my hope is gone

You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way ?
I am Human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does"

and one other that I love..the tempo, the music, and the irony of the words...just a great song:

" Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it's serious
Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it's really serious

There were times when I could
Have "murdered" her
(But you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to her)

NO, I DON'T WANT TO SEE HER

Do you really think
She'll pull through ?
Do you really think
She'll pull through ?
Do ...

Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it's serious
My, my, my, my, my, my baby, goodbye

There were times when I could
Have "strangled" her
(But you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to her)
WOULD YOU PLEASE
LET ME SEE HER !

Do you really think
She'll pull through ?
Do you really think
She'll pull through ?
Do ...
Let me whisper my last goodbyes

I know - IT'S SERIOUS"

:kiss:es to you babes

I have been peeking at your thread, I must say I do enjoy your pictures love!

Ember,
omg, i love morrissey / the smiths so much...
one of my friends got me into them a couple of
years ago, he was gay too and i recall sitting
with him discussing music for hours, he was a
big influence on me, he liked literature and music
just as i did, but he got me into bands/writers
i was not aware of... he got me a book by a
japanese writer called yukio mishima, called
'confessions of a mask' about a homosexual boy
and the struggle of his teenage years as he
saw himself different from others... quite a good
book, i nearly read every other book by mishima
thereafter.

however, you've earned 100 cool points! heh :)
not that you need any more, i do mean it when
i say you're awesome, not to -ever- overlook your
charm and blissful sexiness... mmhhmm, just
thinking about your black short shorts pictures
brings an overwhelmingly arousing air to my
lungs which makes me breathe deeper with desire.

my dear...you are beyond cool ;)
and you flatter me to no end (and I love it:))

I only wish I knew more of his and the smiths music than what is played on the radio...I should...considering the type of music my soul mate was into (and he hooked me on many MANY things...like: Sisters of Mercy, NIN...before anyone had even heard of them, Rollins..mainly spoken word stuff, Ministry, New Order, Depeche Mode...ah geeze..I could go on and on. I am who I am today and am aware of things, places, music, movies, books, and so on...because of him :))

and dear..let me just say, if you ever just need someone to talk to..please, PM. Let's just say I am a very open minded person and...hmmm...I'll leave it at that for on here:)

oh...and I was going to mention...I haven't read this yet, but you might want to pick up Christopher Rice's book A Density of Souls. You might like (if you haven't read it yet)

oh...also...I loved the pix dear;)
if you'd give me the chance, I'd love to clean the "mess" up for you

It suits me.

that picture strums a chord within the strings of my heart that i believe i had not yet heard... a chord with the delicatedness of D minor but with the pretty hauntingness of a B sharp.

play me another chord, lull me back to sleep as i awake.

oh my! ...i'd make mess after mess if that was the case ;)

i shall pick up some C. Rice next time i go to the book store,
i admit to being addicted to books, i go to this used book
store in downtown about twice a month, lately i've read
some works by Vladimir Nabokov, Annais Nin and the
before-mentioned Mishima, and i'd recommend anything by
them.

btw, all those bands are awesome!
ministry, depeche mode... wow, you know what's good.

Me. Right now.

mmhmm... that chord left me short of air.

I heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the lord
But you don't really care for music
....do you
Well it goes like this
The forth, the fifth,
the minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing Hallelujah...

and I would only clean your messes up over and over;)

I shall look into those (my plate is quite full when it comes to books though...I'm currently half way through Beauty's Punishment by Anne Rice..then I need to pick back up where I left off with The Dark Tower IV, although, I may for go that and read The Hobbit instead and then finish TDT....I have American Gods to read..and another book my soul mate leant me, Gifted Trust...*sighs* plus about 4 others other than those...yes..plate is quite full when it comes to reading material :p)

and my soul mate should be thanked for my musical taste..I know much music because of him....although there are other things that I found on my own. I have a very eclectic taste when it comes to that :)

night luv
sleep well...and have many sweet dreams:)

yes he is...for different reasons:)

well, if you want more Rice, you should of course start with Interview With the Vampire and then Vampire Lestat (although..I didn't even read these...I pretty much went right into Queen of the Damned..which the movie BUTCHERED *evil, disgusted face*)
Queen is a really good read...gets to the heart of the matter..how they all came to be in the first place.

I enjoyed The Vampire Armand as well
and for other Rice stories...I really enjoyed her Mayfair Witch books. Looking forward to reading Merrik which combines both the Mayfair and the vampires.

:kiss:es luv
