I loved Twin Peaks!
I got into it late, having just watched it for the first time this year...but it was marvelous... I also love 90s tv shows anyway....simpler timesSo did I!!
*Not an euphemism*
First time I saw all the episodes in a row, was when I was in highschool, having a Twin Peaks marathon-sleepover with the chess club!
It was surprisingly innocent and pure happy times.

I loved Twin Peaks!
I stayed in the hotel many years ago... and ate cherry pie at the diner! Damn fine.
And a damn good cup of coffee?
That must have been quite an experience!!![]()
was great. mooched around the "town" in the valley - it was filmed in several small villages and we got the bus between them. The "casino" is a hotel by the waterfall. didn't see the log lady, but there was a Log Pavilion - a giant bit of tree under a canopy in honour of the timber industry.
That makes sense! To me it is just a really pleasant surprise, that the buildings actually exists, and it is but filmed in "make-believe" settings.
The Log Lady was without a doubt a favourite of mine.. but there are so many favourites in this show.
One of my favourite quotes:
One woman can make you fly like an eagle, another can give you the strength of a lion, but only one in the cycle of life can fill your heart with wonder and the wisdom that you have known a singular joy.

the main place is Snoqualmie, just outside Seattle at the start of the Cascades. the villages are in the valley.
I need to re-watch the series... i loved the spookiness and other-world aspect of it... real, but not.
