Day 5: A song for a high stress day
well...it's NOT a song from gossip girl, that is for sure...

no better way to handle stress than to admit that...IDGAF

Day 2: A song equivalent of a hot fall beverage:

I choose a hot 🌰 Chestnut Praline Latte

Home - Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

Fate is a funny thing. I got hung up finishing Day 2. I wasn't paying attention to the song title and just clicked.
1. Eventhough it doesn't fit my exact genre preference, I fucking love this song and don't hear it enough. That's the funny thing about music, sometimes it just hits you.
2. Every time I hear this song, it instantly elevates my mood and you have no idea how much I needed my mood elevated today. (Not just the pending election results).

So thank you ❤️❤️❤️ (but I'm still suing)

Day 5: A song for a stressful day

Dancing is how I move through life. The highs, the lows, the everything in between. I blast music and move through whatever it is going on inside of me until I can't move any more.

There's been a LOT of dancing lately.

Uncertainty is a hard place to exist. We're neurobiologically wired to want certainty and connection. Remembering we are all a bit of a mess and just winging life like the person next to us helps me stay grounded and find the possibilities in life.

I love you all
This too shall pass

Let's dance!

Yes I'm A Mess - AJR

✨One. Song. Per. Day.✨
This is pretty much the only rule, so I’ll ask that you please follow it, or risk public ridicule.
