I’m a hardheaded and determined son of a bitch. In my head, there’s nothing I can’t do. But reality catches up with me, like this week when I broke my plow and my snowblower and decided to try to hand dig a path thru the farmyard to the firewood… my wife thought up of using toboggans to haul wood. It worked.

Cuz I’m a Stubborn Kind of Fellow (Martha Reeves and Vendellas on backing vocs)

PS my wife always has a free “I told ya so” card. She used it on Monday.

PPS - my wife was up as I was leaving for work, and I told her about this and played the song and we just danced in the bedroom. Our secret to a good marriage.

More about the video than the song itself. I was always going into underground clubs, after hour clubs, just for the music. Didn’t care if they were considered dangerous or not. Met a lot of musicians, met some gangbangers, some criminal, got to sing with some, still alive so if I have the chance, I’ll still do it.

I used to listen to this band all the time. I rented a car a couple months back that had satellite radio and they came on. My wife asked why I never listen to them anymore.
