BTB is far, far, FAR from the worst offender on this board in that respect anyway. Why focus on her when you have, for example, ChloeTzang, the Hisarpy/Icanhelp guy, or whatever busybody's name de jour is- all of whom are far more flagrant trolls and instigators? I don't agree with BTB on a lot of issues. The other three, however, are outright disturbed sociopaths and (At best) blatant trolls.

Speaking of the IcanHarpy guy, I noticed that at least one of his user names (Wizzard1488) now "Loves Spam." Why couldn't they just blacklist all of his accounts together? That makes as much sense as banning noitall but not lessOHmo.

It's because the worst offense is overt promotion of physical violence. Just being a dick is not necessarily a violation Lit's rules.

could be that i don't see the posts of those people for the most part, though i made an exception today for icanthelp in the debate thread and looked at one of their posts.

btb wasn't on ignore, then was, then i took them off to see what was being referred to and now they're back on ignore. life's too short to bother about dumbarsedness, but promoting physical violence and discussing pedophilia/bestiality ARE Lit's only real rules!

there's almost always a lag nowadays when it comes to avatars. can be over a month and then a bunch go through together. If you keep resubmitting your request, you find yourself at the end of the line each time, so give it time.

Nah, it’s not that. I submitted and it sat there for awhile—about a month—so I resubmitted. Had to do that a couple of times until it started coming back as denied. That happened three times until for some reason, they approved it. I’m guessing that they thought it was a certain symbol that some in this forum have tattooed on their person, but then they finally realized that it wasn’t and let it go through.
