I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's NOT! I am being 100 percent serious. I've actually been keeping track. Every time one of his accounts are banned, he comes back with a new name, and this happens roughly every 2-4 weeks.

Meanwhile, the user known variously as "Icanhelp," "HumpdayHoratio", "Rebel5Soul" and "Hisarpy" has at least four active screen names, and at least eight that have been either banned or discontinued, and he's prolific as ever.
