You're exactly right! The explorations of sexuality we're doing now in this era, its part of a long line of explorations that humanity has been doing for millennia. Imagine, if they were doing pretty much the same things in the 1920s, what about the 1820s? It's a shame we don;t have photographic innovations at the time.
