A chance to be gently dommed

I'm usually dominant but since I met my second husband I've become quite the switch. I didn't realize I would allow myself to do that at trust someone enough to do that until I met my second husband. Something about his soft dom persona.

That’s great to hear - and yes, trust is so important
Personally, I think switching is the best way to experience it all

Does anyone else enjoy switching? Or do you prefer one or the other?

So let me ask a question, I'm genuinely curious about. Would a gentle dom be someone who tells you what to wear, gives you life advice/instructions, poses you in pics and things of that nature? For me personally that sounds very interesting, but I don't think I could be a dom that would have you get down on all fours and do other things...painful as an example.
I'm sure I sound dense but I don't have any experience in the area at all.

Not dense at all, good question!
I can’t claim any expertise, so be glad to hear others’ views, so this is just my personal view
For me, it’s about a soft taking of control - teasing, cajoling, affection, guiding, laughter, sharing
So the guy being dommed might be gently controlled while barely being aware of it, just wanting to submit
And the things you suggest could certainly be part of that, yeah
