I prefer the softer stuff myself. Although one of my very favourites, sadly unavailable now, was the Rare Malts bottling of the 27yo Blair Athol.

Set several large denomination bank notes on fire. Mix the ashes with a pleasant Lowland. That will give you the same effect.
