Accents that turn me on and off ...

I like most accents, as long as I can understand the speaker and they can understand me. British accents in particular. The only accents that have turned me off are certain southern US accents (deep south and some Texan accents).

Turn ons:
Dutch
German
British (not quite the average British... not sure how to explain)
Australian
Russian
Timothy Dalton
Southern USA
Danish
New Yorker

Turn offs:
French
Spanish
Italian
"Proper" British
Michigan
Some Boston
Any oriental
Indian

Yes, these are correct. I'm weird. I had an online master that was Dutch and he could have ordered me to go shoot myself in the head and I still would have been aroused.

Agree

I'm a real sucker for a Scottish accent, so good job my hubby is from Glasgow. But really loke Italian and french

Soft Scottish accents on petite women are a winner.

However scouse/Geordie/Essex all a big no-no for me. Met a few ladies that were really attractive, then when they spoke the accent killed it over time.

On
French accents especially from montreal
Posh british, I can't remember the area, but it's distinct
Regular british

Off
Aussie
Jersey accents, the hardcore ones

Ah that's the trick you see. While England has many regional accents, "posh" or "proper" English is more to do with upbringing and education than area.
