What's up with that story? I've had a thread waiting approval for almost a year? Is katieBgood still around? If she doesn't want it, or it is up for adoption, I'll take it!

I'm happy to take on some more but I'll have to get back to you about which stories, as at the moment I have a DJ set for Sunday to plan out, which initially could be an hour and a half but could end up being a lot longer.

There is another seemingly abandoned story not on the latest adoption list: Island Sex Amazons in the Interracial section.

I think the story has a fun premise and I felt like writing a thread for it, but there are at least three threads already "awaiting approval" (and if I remember right, those threads have been like that for quite some time now).

I'm not offering to take over the editor's role myself since I've not been on CHYOO often enough, but hopefully there is somebody interested in adopting it so people like me could submit threads once in a while.

There is no evidence that this story is abandoned. The last update was in Dec of 2005, and there are no unapproved threads.

Book of Magic has a thread that has remained Locked for a very long time, so I guess it's safe to say it's been abandoned.

I'll be happy to take over Book of Magic although I will be able to only approve new threads (if any). I probably won't be able to add to it for a while since I have real life stuff to take care of right now.

I told brevdravis awhile ago that I'd take over his stories, since he had to leave chyoo. This one slipped through the cracks. I've got it now, and I've approved that thread. Nice thread!

I've often changed the guidelines, including completely rewriting them. If the owner ever reclaims a story, they can change them back.

Unfortunately, I won't be coming by chyoo very often for the next little while, so I'd like to put my stories up for adoption so that they can keep growing and developing. In the case of my developed stories--Big Man on Campus, White Slavery on the Dark Continent--I'd hope a contributor could take over. I've asked new contributor Vanadiel to consider taking on WSotDC. Otherwise, whoever would like them can have them.
