I've watched the first couple of episodes (having been a fan of the original graphic novels, but not read them in years) and I have to say I'm a little underwhelmed.
I might have to watch again when I'm in a different frame of mind however.
We’ve lost Kevin Conroy, the iconic Batman voice actor from Batman The Animated Series, the Arkham trilogy of video games, and so many more Batman related shows. He started voicing the character in 1992, and is the longest running actor to voice the roll. He even played an elderly version of Bruce Wayne during the Arrowverse Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover.
In June, a story he wrote called “Finding Batman” for the DC Pride anthology, which was his was of coming out publicly.
He passed away on November 10th at the age of 66. He is survived by his husband, sister, and brother.
The new trailer for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire dropped today. I really hope it’s good. They got William Atherton back as Walter Peck, and Janine finally gets to suit up and kick some ghostly ass.
I really enjoyed Afterlife. I just hope this isn’t a nostalgia cash grab, and that it’s a better sequel than Ghostbusters 2 was.
