So what else is there? Tequila I guess? I feel like rum and tequila are very specific. I'm looking for an all purpose cocktail.

Hendricks, a splash of water. I consider the lime a perversion therof. It's one of the few G's that's better without T, just some water like a Victorian waif would want. Lime would work if you want it.

A generous pour of Glenmorangie at the end of today's conference. Now I'm waiting for the margaritas to arrive at home. Then some possibly fine Shiraz from thd McLaren Vale region down under to go with the chipotle lime grilled chicken. Mellow is in my future. :D

Thanks. It's a great place for people watching. Very much a hangout for folks deeply into heavy metal. Every employee seems to have been hired for the specific reason of having wilder ink than the previous hire's. the burgers frequently are named Best in the City and for good reasons. We had to wait for an hour on a rainy, storm night to get our table.

OK, I'll bite. What's a Montepulciano like? A year or so ago you sold me on drinking viognier (at least in a blend with chard), so I'm open to something new from the Netz.
