Yep. Brrr. Freezing my ass off and it's not even winter yet. Although, the sun is out today and it is beautiful here on the northern coast of CA. Plus, I run hot—that time of life, ya know... still :eek:

I had to look up Emerald Triangle, not familiar with that expression. Ahh. Okay. ;) Would you believe I was in my late 30s the first time I tried that? Late bloomer living a sheltered life, me. Mind you I didn't even enjoy it.. either I did it wrong or the stuff was no good.

I probably came pretty close to you driving through that area two or three times.. Up on the freeway and down the coastal highway. Looks lovely to a desert dweller, that pic you posted makes me want to stand right there on a rock and stick my nose in the wind. Probably pretty bleak on a not so sunny day, I can see that too. Believe it or not, the constant sunshine can get on your nerves as well though!

Thanks Mr. DryHeat! I see in your signature you are a stage actor and director. I happen to have spent many,many years as a stage producer and stage manager (albeit in nonprofit, community theatre :rolleyes:)...a techie, if you will. What a coink-a-dink, sorta, eh?

Sadly, it does not! Not me anyways. I’m told that carbs and calories etc don’t count on holidays so I’m not even going to worry about it either. :nana:
