Yes flash floods are a thing here. Very scary when you see it happen. Don’t cross running washes. We were actually near freezing a few nights earlier in the month.. perfect to stay in bed and cuddle under the blanket. Or, you know, sit around, drink hot cocoa, and eat penis pastries
