I wasn't even able to make it home and am stuck abroad... Life these days. Can't complain too much, except the bloody humidity that I can't stand...

It's humid here too because it's been raining all day, but I suspect no comparison to what you're experiencing.About that orgy, well, you're harder to catch up to than the bloody Pope! If you were ever in town for more than like a day and a half, we might be able to organize something. I'm totally blaming it on you

Me too.
It got up to 85 today, summer's coming. We're under a stay-at-home order as of yesterday too.. it made rush hour so much less annoying when I chauffeured my essential worker to Sky Harbor. Heartbreaking to see all the parked planes.

Things here are slowly slipping down the inevitable spiral of chaos - a completely corrupt and morally bankrupt government at the helm of things doesn't help. they are so sadly unprepared, which means the most vulnerable are going to be paying a heavy price. with a population density of 1200 people per square mile, social distancing is as impossible as flying to the sun...
I like to think we'll be ok, have the network to rely on for both daily needs and emergency situations.
Hope you and all the zonies are hanging in there!

It's actually monday in my little world. It's slow going, waiting for work to decide they don't need me this morning and let me off early. With all the stay at home orders, our call volume has dropped drastically.

Yes you are going to be ok. If you are where I think you are, you have ten days left on the lockdown, and hopefully they'll resume some degree of normal life by then. I would imagine that they are keeping a special eye on foreign nationals as well, making sure they are well supplied and getting them out as soon as possible, because can you imagine the international stink if something happens to you all while stuck there.... really bad PR.
The most vulnerable people always pay the highest price. The measure of a society is in how they treat their poor. Most countries utterly fail this test.
We've got the easy job here, don't worry about us.... staying at home and thinking about TSFF
