Hmm, not sure. If the duties are limited on;ly to dildo use and maintenance, it is certainly an enlisted rating. If they go beyond that, and the "dildo specialist" portion is equivalent to "grenadier" or the like, it could certainly be general officer material. Given that I would likely have to hold command rank, officer standing is more likely.
