I read the article. There is evidence of a few hundred fraudulent votes, at most. The rest isn't information...it's bullshit obfuscation meant to make it seem like the fraud is more widespread than it really is.

There is no evidence that party affiliation determines possibility of fraud but if one is objective, all this tells you is that a Democrat committed fraud and that the party put that person in a senior position. Whether they understood of their fraud is not evident.
