I’d be remiss if I didn’t also add that I believe that your concerns and mine are more than likely moot.

Because we have a Supreme Court (and I’m pretty sure I can say this as a fact regardless of political view) that is actively redefining what is and isn’t criminal behavior. So even if Garland had followed protocol and appointed a special prosecutor that could tie Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and the actions in DC into one case, SCOTUS, to the chagrin of Bill Clinton, has said special prosecutor? Smecial bloseputa!
