I haven’t kept track. I see them getting convicted of all kinds of things. As long as they go to jail.

He did not participate in an insurrection. At worst, he obstructed official proceedings of the government for a short time. That being said, a fire alarm being pulled without a fire is a whole different offense that should be addressed.

The party will need to address any political backlash and address it. (Dribble and yourself probably don't factor in there)
