Breast Reduction

Thank you all for your support and well wishes. I have contemplated posting photos of the girls now, but honestly they are looking bad still. This process isn't as easy as I thought it would be, not that I thought it would be a breeze either. I have taken pictures, and maybe in time I will share. I am still sore and surprised that the bruising is still noted. I did take a trip to the grocery store this afternoon, and half way through finishing up I was in excruciating pain. Came back home, popped some pain killers and iced up. I just keep telling myself that in the future this will all be worth it, just hard to fathom with the awkwardness of how I look and feel at this point. I will post more as time goes by, definitely when I have healed I will post a before and after, and maybe some in betweens. Right now I just don't feel comfortable in doing so. Thank you again for everything, means alot.

Glad you checked in with us. Give it time and I'm sure you won't feel an ounce of pain. Take care.

Hey!

I hope all is going well for you. It's been ages since we've talked, it seems. Anyhow- keep us updated on how you are doing!

Hey guys! Well it has been a month. The pain is nearly gone. I still have shouts of it in my left side, I guess that will take more time to heal, and believe it or not but it is still bruised *shrugs*. My right side is looking good, and feels great. Stitches are out for the most part. The ones on the inside seem to be making there way out too, I thought they were supposed to be dissolved by now but I keep getting pieces here and there. I can now wear cool looking tanks around the house and it feels great and gaining some confidence. The scar that goes down from the nipple to under my boobs are still a little red, and the nipples just a tad as well. The only thing I notice the most is they are really hot (temperature wise), the doctor said that is normal, increased blood flow will make them feel that way. Oh and lastly they still are not reacting yet to stimulation which is sort of a bummer. The right one has woken up a bit but the left one I guess I need to pamper a little more. Hopefully the next time I will be ready to share pictures.

You guys have been great, I really appreciate you checking in on me.

Glad to hear that you're feeling better, babe.....hope that your breasts heal up completely soon enough. Just do as the docs say and you should be fine.

Glad you're feeling better too. Never realized how much recovery went into an operation like that. Hopefully the end result will make it all worth the while.
