I wave to the new guest and indicate the hot spot by the punch bowl. "Plemty of room over here!"

Turning back to my host I say, "boy, you sure do keep an interesting crew of guests around this joint."

He laughed loudly, shaking his head. "There are certainly a few characters around here. And such an observation is definitely not just limited to Halloween."

He laughed again and refilled his glass, smirking thoughtfully over at Vail and Brit. Ah, good to see that someone was properly entertaining the hostess as she deserved. It would seem that Vail was beating him to the punch-no wait, he had punch already, bad metaphor. She was on top of the...well, close enough.

Smirking to himself, he wandered around to mingle a bit.
