morning! i have a drawing done, but i am going to hold onto it for a bit, in case i change my mind and try to do something else. hmmmm... nothing fancy. how is everyone else doing?
 
I'm good :) Got an exciting idea for some art to make a little flash game. Gotta do my end of the month house cleaning first though. :p

It's my understanding the winner of the challenge hosts the next one and can create a solution but can't be in the active poll.

Yup. Though it is tempting to start another as the voting begins, so there is not 3 weeks gap! I am not too concerned about being "left out". I got an idea for Pen too.

I can't seem to figure out how to post an illustration with an attachment, I'm feeling sorta "left out"

not sure what you mean.

if you upload an image to LIT..or find an image elsewhere...
you can paste the corresponding url between (where you see the asterix)

in order to upload the image.... scroll down when you have a post to manage attachments...then follow directions. I think you have already done that before.right?

on your illustrations and photos there is an attachment at the bottom that you can click on and see the picture also, trying to figure out how the picture and the attachment work together?

When I make a post with an image...
I open my reply window, type my bullshit (can do afterward if you choose), scroll down to manage attachments,

click on it,
browse my computer for an image that meets LIT requirements...
Filetype Max Filesize Max Width Max Height
bmp 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
gif 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
jpe 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
jpeg 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
jpg 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
png 100.0 KB 800 pixels 600 pixels
then upload.

then close THAT window.

click on the file name (just above the manage attachments button)...
a window opens with it's URL (on LIT)..copy that...and paste it between
in the body of your post.

Only thing you can't do with attachments is, unfortunately you can't attach a picture to a PM.

BUT.... if you have posted an image as an attachment elsewhere...you can then insert that image in your PM the same way..... between


you can use one of your old posts and update (edit) it (have to click on advanced to access "manage attchments" when editting a post)....if you want to be stealthy.
