Yes. Breaks, items of daily task list, when started, when finished, truck arrival time/#/driver signature, when I start, when I finish and number of parcels scanned as well as PSPH. Time again/#again/driver signature again.

Basically I have to show that I worked consistantly for 10 hrs 45 min outta 12hrs
