Yep. Refined sugar and fast food are slow poison. I too have cut them off. My wife's cousin introduced me to Intermittent Fasting, which he practices. That and regular exercise has shown good results so far. I feel my erections have slightly improved as well, hopefully will continue to get better.

Wanted to share my current situation with you all and get some opinions, advice, thoughts etc.
