We are getting closer to New Year's Eve and I thought back to how I spent last year. We always go to my parents and watch the East Coast celebrate...hey, it's where I'm from! We're always home way before midnight, which suits me.

Last year, just before midnight, E called as he did each night before I slept...we gathered the kids around our phones (on speaker) to chat with us and saw the new year come in on the West Coast together.

Not at all! I love it on certain things...I just hate the mess!

Agreed. There are few things I want glitter on. The only regular exception is I like glittery toenails. So I have a clear glitter polish I can put on over whatever color I want at the moment. Glitter on most anything else is not for me.

... last exception... fairy wings for Halloween a few years ago. I made a set and of course they needed glitter to really be magical, but I was cleaning up glitter from my studio, my house and my car for WEEKS!!!!

I'm learning about the lifestyle more and more. A few years ago I knew there was this different side of me. It's never forced, it naturally comes. Think it's wonderful to learn and express myself about it. In the beginning, it was very scary for me. Now I'm feeling better about it. Also helping that others are discussing this with me.

I hope 2020 is a better year than the last. Things should always only get better! I have made no resolution or goals, but I think a few changes won't hurt. I really wish they'd change the restaurant where Munches take place, I'm not driving 30 miles to go to Denny's...sorry. I may have to drive farther, fewer times, instead.

I figured that you had to drive by multiple of them. It’s one thing to drive a a way to someplace special . . .

That said around here we have (or used to) Friendly Ice cream. I would drive a fair distance to go to a well run one of those.

Actually the best is a well run diner filled with comfort foods.
