Deep Space [OOC/Recruitment Thread]

I didn't get a chance to move us along this weekend. I was trying to give everyone all the time they needed to play catch up. Since we only have two people who haven't posted, they are free to post when they get around to it. I will try to move us along this week. I have many medical exams this week that take priority, and hopefully, they won't take so much brain power since I tend to study during class, which is more than enough time to study. When I come back here, I tend to just relax and write. But we'll see how this week goes. I one month down five to go. I graduate on April Fool's Day. 
This MOS has already dropped three people from our class. One is being chaptered, the other rolled back, and the last one reclassed. I think Chemistry is going to eat people alive. It seems so basic, but it's not lol. We're not even in the REAL science of the MOS, hematology, serology, microbiology, blood bank, etc. All those -ologies. The math is what scares me. I haven't done math in so long. I've been acing it so far, but every time we're introduced to some new math shit, I get nervous. It was never my forte.

It's all in the formulas. Figure out a way to memories the necessary formula's and you will be golden. If you need mnemonic devices or little rhymes, etc. Do whatcha need to do. =)

I got the post up. Feel free to just play freely (this doesn't mean post as many times as you want. I just meant don't feel like there's going to be any main plot interruptions because there won't be) for the time being. The main plot won't be resuming until the next day in game. 
So just have fun while you can because this may be the only time to do it. When the game goes into Galileo mode we're about to see some Crazy with a capital C.
Just further clarifying. Same plan as always people. Post once to give those busy a chance to respond and I'll restart the round with my posts. I'll try to post on Sundays regardless if people have posted yet, but if it's going to be like last last weekend, where a good chunk of people hadn't posted, then I'll do what I did before and give you guys an extra week to catch up.

I'm going to end up giving the posters another week to post. So you'll be fine. You haven't missed much (pretty much nothing).
It's Hump Day people, and its the second week. When Sunday comes, I'm just going to push the game along, and if every week turns out to be this way, then I'll take the "round" posting off and make it free form. This way those who are available to post can do so at their leisure. I'll let you know Sunday if I implement this or not. It depends on how many people post from now until Sunday.
All right. I'm going to be sending out an activity check before I implement a change to posting speed. I haven't really received any complaints about the posting speed, but I also haven't heard much from the people involved in this game. So if I haven't seen you post this round, I'm going to send out an activity check to you. If I have to filter people in and out, I'm going to be doing that.
I'm going to put our medic in inactivity since he hasn't been active since Sept. 30th. It's disappointing losing people, but I always realize that the smaller the game, the better.
So what I was planning to do was change the "post once a week" thing. If you want to post more than once, you can do so now in response to another player's post. All I have to say is, I won't be responsible if the fun and games goes ahead of those wanting to participate in them. I feel that the last posting order kept everyone with busy lives up to speed. The downside being the inspirational constipation. Say if a character posted something you wanted to respond to immediately, but you're forced to wait until next round.
Post freely, but I only ask you give the partner you're posting to a chance to react. Don't just up and move onto someone else, knowing that they respond quicker. It's rude and you won't get anywhere in this game doing that. So just be mindful people.

Hey all. Works been busy, apparently someone has lit a fire under my boss's ass. Been a couple of acquisitions recently so I can't blame him for being on edge. Big deadline in a couple weeks.
Doesn't seem like Bill is involved in anything yet so I shouldn't hold anyone back. I don't mind missing out on the fun if I can't get back in time depending on how fast things move now that the round restriction is lifted. But I don't mind stumbling into an inviting scenario either if the parties are welcome. I'll still be around but will be pretty limited. Hopefully I can get something in later this week.
