Derek Chauvin pleads guilty to federal charges in George Floyd’s death

You’re a fucking idiot. I don’t go around elevating criminals to sainthood. Floyd was a POS. The trial itself was perhaps the worst trial since OJ. What juror would go against the mob for fear of future retribution. A US congresswoman inciting civil disobedience if they don’t get the verdict they wanted.

I prefer to mourn fine upstanding law enforcement who gave it all in the performance of their duties.
Upstanding ? Derek? See his record?
Nope. He’s white, must be okay.

You're always whining about how the left is "unfairly" tarring the right as a bunch of fascists.
Putting cops on a pedestal like this is a very common symptom of fascism.

Thank God for cops protecting the DNC headquarters from marxist home grown leftists terrorist. Your democrat DEI experiment is ruining our country. Now leftist kids are cheering on UBL.

oh fuck off with your whining, you're worse than a child.

Jurors do their job every day despite fear of retribution. Even in gang-related cases, near where they live.

Just because you're a pussy, and your integrity is total shit doesn't mean everyone else's is.

P.O.S. never came close to responding to this.

Speaks volumes. 😎

Most jurors are not subjected to a violent mob environment. Waters, a congresswoman, was inciting civil disobedience if the right outcome wasn’t reached, she should have been charged with jury tampering. Riots had already occurred. People and businesses were destroyed. These particular jurors were subjected to media bias and perhaps were swayed by potential violence that surrounded them. In my opinion the trial should be appealed, and a retrial should be granted. IMHO

Here are some additional facts about the case and trial that provide a different perspective on what happened from the very beginning starting with the arrest of Floyd and how he resisted arrest. Points out how a judge can interfere with the proceedings, can sway a jury and the outcome of a trial by determining what he/ she (judge ) considers what is admissible evidence.

This case was not your typical gang trial. A whole city already erupted into violence and was poised to erupt again if the verdict didn’t go there way.

That's twice you've accused her of "inciting civil disobedience". The first time, I figured it was a typo. Now that you've done it twice, it's only fair to ask: you DO understand civil disobedience is non-violent by definition, don't you?

So this “media bias…” was it that they showed the footage of Chauvin kneeling? (So much better for you when the lynching isn’t caught on video and shown to folks right?? So that was so unfair. Lots of proud lynching photos from the south back in the day, people showed up in their Sunday best to show that they were there!)

Also…
I thought you weren’t for anyone kneeling? Or is that just those of color?

Is it okay for you if white folks kneel as long as they are kneeling on a colored neck??

Please do enlighten us…I mean most of us know your answer.

Ican’t, Do you flinch when folks of color come into the restaurant? Do you dump the whole salt container on their fries? Or is that why they only have you take out the trash now because you waste product vindictively?

A congresswoman inciting civil disobedience knowing full well the history of past transgressions would have lead to violence. Can’t accuse her of inciting a riot because the verdict was conviction of murder! We all know what would have happened had Chauvin been acquitted or convicted of a lesser charge. Waters went right to line. Waters should have been charged with jury tampering.
Civil disobedience is non violent till it becomes violent. She knew full well that the situation was a powder keg ready to explode with violence. Unbecoming of a federal lawmaker.

Further evidence shows chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s shoulder not his neck. I cited some compelling investigative journalism giving a different perspective on the events leading to Floyd’s arrest and events following.

What the fuck is "UBL?" 🤷‍♂️

A whole city already erupted into violence and was poised to erupt again if the verdict didn’t go there way.
This is the fairy tale born from fear that you tell yourself to get to sleep at night. Do yourself a favor and dream up a school to learn grammar next time.

You're a fucking liar.

In full service of your fucking white privilege to gin up any excuse to mitigate Chauvin of his murdering Floyd and that's why you're going so hard with say-anything bullshit in this thread right now.

Chauvin isn't going anywhere and neither is your useless, limp-dick yap.

...and when he finally did, it was complete and utter horseshit. 🤣

You do realise that these long-winded responses smack of grasping-at-straws effort, right? (Of course you don't.) 😘

Nine mins.

He shouldn't have resisted!

Fuck off...dude was handcuffed on his stomach....one min was too much for anyone...

Most jurors are not subjected to a violent mob environment.
The jury in Floyd's murder trial sat through the whole trial, something you didn't do. The jury in Floyd's murder trial listened to and were presented with all the evidence, from both sides. Something you were not able to do. The jury in Floyd's murder trial debated the evidence among themselves for two days before reaching a verdict, you reached your verdict before the trial even stated.....

Correction, typo OBL

I understand any other prospective that contradicts your beliefs will fall on deaf ears. Objectivity is required when listen or reading.

There are contradictions in the trial. Not all the evidence was brought forward and through further investigation some evidence critical to the defense, ( exculpatory) was either not presented or by the judge’s ruling was deemed inadmissible. Judges do steer trials into a direction that suits their narrative. Case in point *Sullivan vs Flynn, DOJ dropped the charges and this judge decide to become prosecutor, judge and jury. Judge Cooper vs Durham, critical evidence deemed not admissible.

Thanks for collaborating what I said in bold.

Objectivity was served and the jury reached the correct decision based on that.

All other feelings and opinions to the contrary, whether yours or anyone else's, are irrelevant. From now until Chauvin returns to dust.

Ohhh further evidence is always fun.

So Derek is going to let someone kneel on him for over 8 minutes as a part of his appeal?

No? Then appeal over.
