There's another post out there on the web that claims it was with Newsome during a flyover of wildfire areas.

wasn't it with Jerry Brown AND Newsom, as they overflew some of the wildfire damaged regions? I believe it was Newsom who stated that this was during trump's phase of 'raking the leaves' and trump was saying during this flight that the threat could be reduced if they (basically) raked away fallen tree limbs

clearly trump's addled brain is confusing (or deliberately conflating, since he also said that 'Willie Brown' was saying not very nice things about Kamala) one helicopter ride with another that did have some issues and involved a very different set of company: trump, Robert trump, and Nate Holden
