Just out of curiosity, is that range of votes an I/T phenomenon, in your experience? Or are you just that famous? That's far beyond the numbers even my most "popular" stories get.

It seems to be I/T. None of my other stories even come close. The most views in another category is 17.7k for an NC/R story, with 96 votes (after 2 1/2 months). The most votes I have outside I/T is 130 votes (from 6.9k views) for an E/V story.

The stories in this I/T series have 110k, 71.2k, 62.7k and 34k views (in order of publication - the last one was new yesterday), with 2000, 1039, 820 and 498 votes. It helps, I think, that the first one had an intriguing title ("Too Cold Not to Fuck"), and the ratings settled at just above the "Hot" mark, about 4.54. For this last one, I deliberately highlighted the threesome aspect in the tagline, and after some early 1 bombs it's sitting pretty at a 4.7.

But yes, I/T has so much traffic compared with the other categories I've written in. Even my 2P POV story has 29.9k views and 323 votes.

That's fair. I think there's room to be romantic about flaws, too. My wife is not the person I thought I would end up with. But the ways in which she differs from that fantasy - some of which I once would've thought were drawbacks - only improve my life*.
