Quote the passage, word for word, in the Constitution that forbids wealth distribution. The Sixteenth Amendment authorizes the income tax. It does not say that the income tax should be a flat tax.

Read the Federalist Papers. The Declaration. The founders writings and letters. They STATED the intent in the founding. But that would mean being honest with history. And you can't do that. Commies usually can't.

None of that is anything a court is obliged to consider when deciding what is constitutional. The Declaration in particular is inadmissible because it is a revolutionary, not a legal, document.
