The operative paragraph in this article trying to sensationalize a relatively minor event is this one:

As always these articles never publish Ukrainian casualties or subsequent events. Normally the Russians have allowed Ukrainian forces to penetrate their security zone and then once in use their artillery to drop mines behind those forces which are then destroyed as they disengage or retreat. Tens of thousands of Ukrainians have been killed this way. It will make no difference in the outcome.

PS: You are a pathetic piece of shit. I give no aid or comfort to the Russians, there aren't any here. I do not sympathize with the Russians. I sympathize with the 14 million Ukrainians who have been forced to leave their country probably never to return, and the hundreds of thousands of dead and wounded Ukrainians who have been told by the Biden regime that they could prevail without negotiation, that they could harm Russia and topple Putin without being exterminated. This is our doing. We should have allowed Zelensky to negotiate when he wanted to in May of 2022 but Boris Johnson, carrying Biden's message, told him not to negotiate. The triumph of foresight over astonishment is what I'd call it. It's easy to cave in to the pressure from the pro-war trolls and swim with the tide. It's harder to do the correct thing and swim against the tide when it becomes necessary to do so. Predictably, attitude towards the war in Ukraine has polarized on "Republican-Democratic" lines since, but my position was never based on any of that nonsense, but on socialist opposition to US imperialism. Major news from Ukraine this morning, Ukranian forces have punched several large holes in the heavily fortified southern flanks of the Russian military, rolling up Russian armor and artillery and clearing extensive minefields. Satellite images show Ukranian forces decimating southern Russian supply depots inside of Ukraine.

Small holes. That's a US demand, because Ukrainians were focusing more on the Donbass, while the US want more concentration of troops near Crimea. The Ukrainian actions were more spread out because morale has gone down among their troops, and the US demands show what they think of Ukrainian soldiers' lives. The US authorities target Crimea for their geopolitical reasons, and will use Ukrainian lives to that end while they sit thousands of miles away in warm offices.

The Russians will sit tight, dig their heels in around the Black Sea coast, and wait for something to snap in Ukraine or the US in regards to this war.

I think what we're seeing here is the Biden administration conducting a proxy war against Russia using American treasure and Ukrainian blood. Blood that Biden cannot politically employ in the cause because there is no American national security imperative in Ukraine that will sell to Congress or that would convince American parents enough to sacrifice the blood of their sons.

The animosity against the Russian people and their leader is something of interest to the global elite and the donor class but not held to any large extent by the American people writ large, especially to the point of wanting to take up arms and bleed for the cause themselves. There is a movement building in the United States against American involvement in the war in Ukraine that could fully manifest itself in the next national election.

According to a report out of Turkey, the strike destroyed SCALP and Storm Shadow missiles as well as some Su-24M/MR bombers used to attack Sevastopol.

The Biden team decided to display their gymnastics talents today by doing a complete double twisted reverse back flip on ATACM missiles. Biden decided to send some after all. Just another self-inflicted wound. Biden’s failure to announce this yesterday generated headlines and reports like the one above about the U.S. rebuff of Zelensky’s plea for ATACMs. The eventual arrival of ATACMs in Ukraine means only one thing — the risk of escalation by Russia increases substantially. Putin is on the record that Russia will strike at those countries supplying weapons used to attack Russia.

Well it just came out that the Russians killed another German leopard tank when the Russians arrived at the destroyed tank all but one crew member was dead, the remaining tank combatant was severely injured near death after the Russians got him to wakeup/come to he claimed to be a German soldier not a mercenary but a German soldier.
This will not end well..... the Russians retaliated this evening for the attack on the black sea headquarters. Thus destroying the kermenchug airport where the missiles were launched, as we speak the Russians are mobilizing 360,000 troops and there has been an evacuation orders given to the remaining Ukrainian soldiers to leave Crimea......
My personal opinion is the shit is about to hit the fan... also I'm beginning to entertain the thought that Biden regime may, just may employ a preemptive nuke strike on Russia. Remember these fucking homicidal psychopaths don't give two shits about any of us....

Actually "Buffy" / "Becky", per the Budapest Memorandum, the defense of Ukraine’s sovereign borders IS "our" concern.

The recently announced ATACMS being delivered to Ukraine is another example of the US living up to its obligations.

I hope the ATACMS are used to great effect against the murderous Russian invaders. I would imagine that the Russian Fleet at Sevastopol will soon be on the receiving end of those ATACMS. The Russia ammunition and supply depots deep behind the Russian defenses will also be likely targets of the longer ranged ATACMS.



Also:

The F-16 Ukrainian pilot training is ramping up, and the first Abrams tanks are being delivered to Ukraine as we speak.
