It's also obvious that Biden has been trying to use Ukraine as leverage on US domestic political issues (the Border) at the cost of thousands of Ukrainian lives. Despite all this, Ukraine has to stroke Biden to keep the ammo flowing, as well as other weapons - but you will not not even a trickle of more M1's, Bradleys or Strykers and not a single US F16.

No, the US will not send soldiers to Ukraine, and no, this whole war would never have happened to start with if Trump had been President, but that ain't the way the dice rolled and we did guarantee Ukraine's security when we persuaded them to give up the nukes. If we don't keep our words as a country, it's worth nothing, something Biden has demonstrated a number of times already.

Anyhow, the end result is, you're chasing a red herring. All WE need to do is send old M1's, old Bradley's, old Strykers and old ammo which is nearing it's use by date anyhow. So Ukraine gets to recycle it for us, we save the cost of disposal and buy new stuff we will need to deal with China in future, Russia gets turned into a military irrelevance, Ukraine ends up with the strongest military in Europe and we're good. Another Brigade on the way for Ukraine. Poland is training and equipping a full Brigade of Ukrainian volunteers recruited within Poland.

And this is exactly what WE should be doing. Put together 2 or 3 Brigades of Ukrainian volunteers, equip them with Bradley's, M1's, artillery and all the rest and train the fuck out of them in Germany before sending them off to Ukraine.
