Cool! If the job interview that my husband had the other day pans out, we'll have to get him a work car that gets really good mileage because he'll probably put up to 300 miles a day on a car. Unless his employer provides a vehicle, which they sometimes do.

And then, in a few months, he'll be wanting that retirement gift he promised himself back in July.

the hybrids do nothing to save you money... you MIGHT break even over the course of 5 years if gas continues to go up... and it has to hit about $5 a gallon before you actually start to move beyond breaking even.

everything i've heard/read says that, economically, the best bet is to get a fuel efficient car that runs on ordinary gas. unless, of course you're just out to save the environment... then finance doesn't enter into it.

Real life is like the internet, only there are less witty comments and more chores.
Oh that, yeah I've got that, off to experience it right now.
Damn, reality sucks sometimes.

Yeah, what silver said.

I heard on the radio that even if everyone in America used hybrids, the gas situation would be what it is now in six years. Not sure how this conclusion was arrived at, though.

We saw a really cute Chrysler PT Cruiser when we were out on Sunday. My husband was thinking that if he got that job, he'd buy something like that for work. I'm not sure about the mileage (we need to do our homework).

I want him to get a vehicle that gets good mileage and does well in crash tests.

The retirement gift will not be a work car. It's a Chrysler 300C SRT8 6.1-liter Hemi in metallic black. Don't know what's up with us and Chrysler lately.

yep, my little buddy's hydra-headed. he may be small and yellow, but there's a lot of him. :p

Hmmm. Woman on top. I'm trying to get at least a little work done today but can't seem to get this image out of my mind. Not that it's a bad thing.

And thats why I haven't been able to get anything done for the past few days, either.

I'm horribly sex deprived. *sighs* Its not fair, damnit.
