the only time you should see the river is when you have the nuts and you're sucking bets out of your opponent... other than that you should be closing the hand sooner.

Your talking to the guy who plays any cards. I know you need to get it on the river, but sometimes you do have the river, but they always find a way to screw you. Most the time I don't play to the river. But its when you have the best hand and your trying to suck money out of people, that is when you get screwed because the river hits in their favor.


Rule of thumb on online poker. The system has a 10 hand margin. Every 10 hands, you should get a few winners. Meaning a 7-2 can be pocket aces.

Another rule...if you have the best hand going into a pot. You are more likely to end up broke at the end.
