I think that the holdback problem is more psychological than physiological. Let me share with you the experience my SO and myself had.

I don't really see that infection scenario. The urine is somewhat acid, which might help. The urine would not have yeast in it. Healthy pee does not have sugar in it--i.e., something to nourish yeast.

True, there are certain penes with yeast growing on them (had it happen once), but that's likely to be obvious (inflammation), and the danger (of yeast) would be from the penetration/intercourse.

Ok, here's my story. I was mildly interested as well. As in, it was fun to read about but not anything I wanted to try.
